Dr. Monique Marsh-Bell, better know as Dr. Moe, is a licensed clinical psychologist and owner of Truth Be Told Counseling & Consulting, PLLC. Dr. Moe earned a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Southern University and A&M College in Baton Rouge, LA. She earned her master's and doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the Nova Southeastern University. Dr. Moe has over 10 years of counseling and mental health training experience. She has a passion for working with college students and young adults who are trying to figure out who they want to be in the world. She has worked with elite athletes, helping them navigate the pressures of performance and grappling with their identity outside of sports. Dr. Moe prides herself on helping to build and rebuild mental health programs in the collegiate space as well as providing training and education to coaches, faculty and staff who want to learn how to better support the students and young adults they engage with daily.
